Under Age Sex =[ help! please!?

So I'm 15, and i had sex with a girl on the last week of june, and now today heer mom found out. First off, i didn't cum in her, but when i took my penis out i pre-cummed. (after i took it out). Now can her mom sue me or call the cops?! oh and she didnt get her period after we had sex, is she pregnant?! please help. i CAN'T sleep =[!

if you live in the usa and are under 18 no one can call the cops on you...but you don't always know when those little guys are coming so she might be pregnant
